So I just wanted to write down a couple of things about Nyah so I wouldn't forget them. Nyah and I have this conversation at least 100 times a day:
Nyah - "Mommy?"
Me - "yes"
Nyah - "uuuuhm….." and then after a little dramatic pause she'll either just say nothing and carry on doing what she was doing or she tell me some big long thing in gibberish and then laugh at the end. It's so blasted cute. I think she probably got it from Laney and Ty when they want to tell me something.
With each kid I'm so surprised at how quickly they learn to use electronics. I remember Laney and Ty figuring out very fast how to use a mouse with the computer. Nyah, so far just clicks on everything with the mouse but she's quickly learning how to use Ben's iPod. She can 'scroll' through the different apps and she just loves the drawing program Ben has on there. I has gotten to the point where we have to hide the iPod because if she sees it she'll start freaking out until she gets it or gets distracted. Every time she wants to draw, even on paper, she calls it "I". So at church if Ben pulls out his iPod to look up a scripture and Nyah sees it she'll start saying 'I' and search through all of Ben's pockets.
My favorite story about the iPod though was when we were sitting in Sunday School on a fine Sunday morning and Ben let Nyah draw on the iPod and somehow she got out of that program and into the music app, turned on "Paparazzi" by Lady Gaga and turned the volume all the way up. Oh, the color of Ben's face!!! :D
*and yes, we do in fact endorse belly shirts……especially when the belly is so cute. :D *

Love it Nadja, that is hilarious! I would have loved to see Ben's face! One of those times we wish we had a built in camera so we could snap a picture huh?
