Ty made this cute poster for Laney. Our plan was to bring the poster, party hats, and party horns when she got off the bus and make her embarrassed, but our evil plan was spoiled when we stayed at the school for too long, helping hand out of the birthday treats and Laney just came home with us. Hmmm, maybe next year!! MUUUHAHAHAHA!!! :D

Brittney, I just cut some normal size cones to the size that i wanted and then put cake balls in the cones and dipped them in chocolate with food coloring. I got the idea and recipe from www.bakerella.com. She's a genius.
Laney is 7? Where did the time go? I can't even believe it and I can't believe she has such dark hair! She is so pretty! Good job on the cute cones and cake Nadja!
p.s. btw when Joel said that comment on fb about no one checking out our blog, it was nothing against you, you have been one of the very few who have always looked at our blog! We love and miss you guys! I think fb is good, but I feel like blogging is better because it is our story of our life, the good and the bad, the memories and those I will cherish forever, and with you guys living in Germany it is nice to see the cool places you have gone, and see your sweet family also!
