Two weeks ago we finally made it to Regensburg. It was a very nice city and we loved walking around, taking it easy and seeing all the sites.
Ty liked looking through his LEGO catalog....
....more than looking at this beautiful church. :D This Cathedral is a very interesting example of pure German Gothic. It was founded in 1275 and completed in 1634, with the exception of the towers, which were finished in 1869.
Regensburg is the city where the Danube river and the Regen river meet and flow together.
Nyah getting teary eyed because it was a wee bit chilly.
This bridge, the Steinerne Brücke was built in 1135–1146 and crosses the Danube. This stone bridge opened major international trade routes between Northern Europe and Venice.
Ben, Laney and Nyah.
