Our first day in Croatia we went to an area with a bunch of hotels. We found a beach area where there weren't giant cliffs so the kids could run and play and Nyah wouldn't fall to her death. I had bought some nets for the kids to play with and they loved them. On that first day Ben spent a looooong time catching a couple of fish for the kids with the nets. Ty was a little shy and wanted to keep his shirt on. I had prepared for this by bringing lots of his undershirts but after about 5 minutes in the water he decided that he wasn't so shy after all and wanted it off.
We had also bought and brought some cheap snorkels for the kids to try out. Ty did really good and dove all the way under water.....

Nyah loved putting rocks in a bucket. We also think she might have a salt deficiency since she kept sucking on the salty rocks. Seriously we would get her to spit it out and immediately she would pop a new one in her mouth.

Oh Croatia how we miss thee and thy warmth....we will be back....soon!
